It’s no secret that Streaming payouts are an utter joke, but what little I make through royalties of working on the projects I do is very dear to me.

UPDATE 2024 07 21 - Proof of payment €48.31

I’m planning to transfer once a year to reduce payment processing - hence the €50.02 (incl payment processing) instead of my stated €48.31.

Screenshots paypal and then my bank. Is this enough proof? I don’t know how else to prove a successful payment and I don't really want mine or general payment details to be public that could be use fraudilently!!

from royalties over the past four years from ALL streaming platforms. That’s over 7,000 streams and store sales, the analytics of which are inaccessible to me unless I upgrade my yearly plan which is fucking unacceptable, but that’s the world we live in.

NB: I’m over 7,000 streams and made €10.08. Assuming the minimum 7,000 streams, that’s 0.0014 per stream - and my songs are an average of 5:50 minutes, so that’s €0.00024138 per minute of music. Very fucking sad.

Tax

I’m full-time employed, and Germany allows €410 untaxed income from non-primary employment. So, I will not be paying taxes on what is already a ridiculously low sum, that’s going to charity anyway.
